Objectives

The projects aims to instruct young researchers about the latest knowledge management technologies and methodologies, in order to permit the realization of high quality ICT services applicable on different sectors. The professional profile will learn specific skills also of a management nature, that will allow him to find new jobs opportunities in different production contests, as far as start new independent business.

Workplan

Helping young unemployed people to get a job is the main purpose of the project. This will be done through actions aimed to the realization of a professional and coherent project and of a realistic and efficient plan. There will be individual and group educational activities. The professional profiles that are going to be formed will achieve technical skills developed during the learning on the job activities, as far as theoretical, basic and specialized knowledge. In addition, the development of specific logical-cognitive abilities useful to take a business career is another important goal of the project. There will be a face to face teaching methodology and actions of research and training on the job will allow the concrete application of the skills got in different working environment.

In addition, students will be oriented to take up a self-entrepreneurship career focused on modernization processes and technological transfer, on the promotion of research activities through the creation of innovative businesses (spin-off), the management, the evaluation and the organization of industrial research projects. They also should be able to plan and manage problematic projects about R&D. The Project Work step directed to the exposition of the business plan will be important for the reinforcement and the development of these skills. In the end, a diffusion directed activity in collaboration with the University business incubator ARCA will be realized in order to create a reciprocal exchange relationship among students and the firms that deal with innovative projects important for the CNR too.

Expected results

The skills transmitted about the methodology and the innovative technological instruments typical of a digital age will guarantee the formation of professional profiles at the cutting edge that can be used in different rising occupation contests. In addition, the know-how and the abilities assimilated by students will extend their skills useful for their professional and personal progress making them able to work independently and conscientiously, with a problem solving approach having the capacity for managing group dynamics working in team.
