                    ARI@ITALES
ARI@ITALES is composed of a set of tools
(authoring tools) for allowing teachers to realize courses
available on the Internet or on CD and thus to exploit
the educational functions incorporated in the Solution
Sheet and in the microworlds common to ARI-LAB
                        2 and ARI@ITALES.
                        Besides, ARI@ITALES makes learning environments
available to students to solve the activity of solution
of the problems present in a course carried out with the
                        authoring tools of ARI@ITALES. Students
can access to the courses produced with the authoring
tools of ARI@ITALES and carry out the
activities through a common browser (Explorer).
The authoring tools available for teachers are:

                    -

 The Text Editor,
the teacher can type the problem texts with.

                    -

 The Solution
Sheet, by means of which the teacher can make
examples of solution to problems to be inserted in a
course, interacting with the available microworlds.

                    -

 The Simulator,
with which the teacher can create simulations to illustrate
the students how the microworlds work or to show how
                          to solve a problem.

                    -

 The Player,
the teacher can review the simulations carried out with.

The learning environments for students are:

                      -

 The Solution
Sheet, with which the student can carry out the
solutions to the problems present in a course, interacting
                          with the available microworlds.

                      -

 The Player,
with which the student can see a simulation present
in a course and downloaded on his/her own computer.
