Getting to CNR-ITD

By car

From Catania - Messina: from the A20 motorway continue along the ring road (Viale Regione Siciliana) towards the A29 motorway. Exit the ring road at the junction with Via Belgio and follow the signs for Via Ugo La Malfa.
From Trapani - Mazara del Vallo: on the A29 motorway take the ZONA INDUSTRIALE NORD exit and follow the signs for Via Ugo La Malfa.

Local buses

(not recommended) From Palermo city centre take bus no. 100 and get off at the LA MALFA CNR stop.  

By local train (Metropolitana) and regular train service

From PALERMO CENTRO station take METROPOLITANA LINEA A towards the airport and get off at SAN LORENZO COLLI station. It’s a 10 min. walk to CNR-ITD.

By plane

From Palermo’s Falcone-Borsellino Airport,  take METROPOLITANA LINEA A towards PALERMO CENTRO and get off at SAN LORENZO COLLI station. It’s a 10 min. walk to CNR-ITD.
