Raffaghelli Juliana E.

Researcher fellow at the ITD-CNR, within the context of the “Science & Technology Digital Libraries” project. Coordinated by CNR Rome.

She has been post-doctoral researcher (2012-2013) at the UNITN-DIPSCO, under the Direction of P. Ghislandi and within the context of the PRIN project “Evaluation for the improvement of educational services. A research between the University and the territory for the participatory building of innovative assessment models”; within the UNITN research Unit the research topic was “Culture of Quality in academic eLearning”. She was Coordinator of Univirtual eLearning Technologies Lab (2010-2012) within the International center for Educational Research and Advanced Training (Ca’ Foscari University of Venice) under the direction of Prof. Umberto Margiotta. From 2005, she had collaborated with the same center in the field of Learning Design for Higher Education and continuing training, with a focus on teachers’ initial training and professional development through networked learning models across several European projects. External expert for the European Commission within the context of the Key Actions III-ICT Lifelong Learning Programme; and external researcher for the TICs’ Department, Center of Research in Philosophical and Cultural Antrophology (CIAFIC), exectuve unit of CONICET (Argentenean CNR), from 2009.
High degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), in 1996; Master in Training Management from the University of Venice “Ca’ Foscari” (Italy), 2003, Scolarships Programme of the Ministry of International Affairs of Italy; PhD at School of Doctorate in Cognitive and Educational Sciences, 2009.
