Within the framework of the SLERD2025 Conference, the annual conference organized by ASLERD, the Institute for Educational Technology of the National Research Council organizes an Open Debate, that is, a debate among leading experts concerning a topical issue in the field of smart learning ecosystems that can be freely attended even by those who are not registered to the conference.

In particular, this year, the theme is “Educational Technology: past, present and future trajectories” and the experts involved are:

  • Yannis Dimitriadis –  Professor of Telematics Engineering, University of Valladolid, Spain
  • Allison Littlejohn – Professor of Learning Technology at University College London and Director of University College London’s Knowledge Lab, London, UK
  • Carlo Perrotta – Associate Professor of Digital Education at the Faculty of Education, Melbourne University, Australia
  • Francesca Pozzi – Director of the Institute for Educational Technology of the National Research Council, Italy
