Issue

The project's goals were the definition and testing on a large scale of a training package for Educational Mediators (EMs), i.e. a special figure within a learning institution who supports/facilitates his/her collegues' participation in distance or mixed on-line/on-site training courses proposed both within and outside school.

Outcome

Here following the main results of the project:

• design and development of a training package for EMs;
• delivery of a training course for EMs;
• a methodological approach to the evaluation of quality and efficacy of the action of EMs involved in the project.
